Unlock all Story Quests Chapters upon completion in Nightmare Mode and Joel, Ken, Ann on Radio calls

You could release all Story Quest phases after completing all Chapters in Nightmare Mode and could also insert Characters Joel, Ken and Ann on radio calls, for those who excluded them throughout the game.
