Game won’t load after new update for iPhone

I can’t get into my game after the update. It has done this after the last 2 updates. I have checked everything with my internet access and my phone. I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times and still can’t get past the opening screen. Please help.

@Fast65gtmustang press three fingers on the screen for 10 seconds while the game is loading, it will either 1) load the game or 2) take you to the help menu, if 1) all good, if 2) use it to contact support. If nothing happens check your internet connection.

@zbot I have tried all of that and still nothing. Maybe it’s a sign to retire my game.

I have experienced infinite Loading thru all my software on my iPhone. All I had to do was sign out and then back in to my App Store to fix the problem. Hope this is the case. Im on SE 2020

Hi, some japanese players may have same problem. They have not been in the game for a while for no reason.
I don't know what type of device they use, any information would be appreciated about this problem.

I have tried everything and still can’t get on. I know it’s not my internet as I was playing the night before the update.
