Given the fact that this game is F2P, I am happy to wait while they resolve issues. I am pleased at how quickly they are addressing our concerns. As someone who has been a software developer and managed teams doing it, I totally understand the pressures and challenges.

@Jetzel I have had this situation before. Probably ran into something unexpected. The way I would handle this is with communication right before the time I said it was going to take expired. For example: "We scheduled the maintenance for 1 hour. As of now, the update of the X table in the database is taking longer than planned. We are monitoring progress and expect the update to be done in the next X minutes/hours."
Hurry up and wait! Been playing since this game was introduced and love it. Not spent a dime and don't plan too so I'm slow going. No biggie! Just need my fix as I have the morning off and was looking forward in killing some walkers!
Now live for me ... but no luck with Raids ... tried twice so far ... both times I got "Searching" for a couple of minutes, then restarted the app And now am getting Maintenance again
