Suggestion for Ezekiel leader trait rework & synergy with non-hero survivors

For each non-hero member on the team, Ezekiel gains {1}% total damage, extends his movement range by 1, and gain half an action point.  If a non-hero member kills an enemy, Ezekiel gets a charge.  If Ezekiel kills an enemy, a non-hero member of the team gets a charge.  As a leader, each member on the team gains this bonus.
The idea is to have Ezekiel buff non-hero survivors and at the same time have non-hero survivors buff Ezekiel.  As "the king", Ezekiel's charismatic leadership inspire his followers to work together and be stronger so this is thematic.  This change will also make non-hero survivors relevant.
Ezekiel with 2 non-hero survivors can be a highly mobile team able to accomplish multiple objectives in one turn.  Would be great for search for clues type maps.

    So he's basically Rick but better and only for normal survivors?

    Maybe not better since it does require a Kill?

    It’s a little different than SRick but similar. Instead of passing charges on a charge attack, the team is now harvesting kills/charge points for each other. It’s potentially more powerful but on non-kills, the charge point is not guaranteed. This idea is to address 2 issues: improve Ezekiel’s leader trait to make him competitive with other heroes and to make regular survivors worthwhile to play and upgrade.
