Demand a Fix

I'm speaking on behalf of most players that the neglect we are getting on some aspects of the game is just ridiculous. How many maintenences have we had since outpost update? Too many to count, and how many bugs have been fixed in those maintenences? Gonna be generous and say like 2 (could be more I don't know).

No offense to the forum Mods or any other person that has no direct say or work when it comes to the support team and coding, but the work of those people is absolutely trash, it doesn't seem like you guys have any idea what the hell you are doing. I've played mobile games for years and you guys have beat IGG for the worst support team. Most tickets get answered after a week or 2 if they go answered at all. The maintenance seems useless, you fix 1 thing at most and end up giving us more bugs. People are spending tons of money on this game and rollbacks are not something that will slide with paying customers when they buy your bundles and get rolled back (btw that rick bundle is trash). Sometimes the rollback fixes itself with a simple refresh of the game, most times it doesnt. I purchased that waste of $10 you call a bundle this morning and got rolled back after switching to Line to tell my friends not to buy it. I was pissed off, not cause I lost money, but cause it literally happened right after a maintenance that was supposed to fix the problems.

NG must not know the game is run by players, or maybe the players don't know that and NG sees us as fools? Hire people who can fix the damn bugs, that's all we want. We don't want new bundles, we don't want an extra event (cause lately your events are lame). We want a fully operational game and a fully operational team of workers doing their jobs. If we can't get this it only take a very tiny group of players to flag this game on both IOS and Android. What you guys decide to do after is up to you, not sure about Apple, but once Google gets on your behind its not fun. You can ask Nexon, the creators of MapleStory what happened September 2015.

    You're right Animesh, coding is not easy as I stated in another thread where players said not to spend money on the game. Our money pays the workers, but as you said, there is certain steps you take before launching a new version of a game. Everyone loves new exciting content but I rather have new stuff in 2 months with a clean launch than to have a new feature tomorow but so many bugs that we can't enjoy it. Like seriously how many people even bother with outpost anymore? Outpost was actually an amazing idea that burned to crisps in a week.

    Ya.... Outpost won't matter... Specially when there are 2 challenges which gives no time for Episode missions.... And this Outpost is a thing beyond eyesight considering 2 challenges (Not saying it's something wrong.. But its Time consuming)

    Even matchmaking needs a new algorithm to find enemy base and Maine thing is SEARCH COST (10 Goods) is too daaaam high considering u won't get 400+ offer in first few trys... Maybe in 10-15 tries... But he'll yeah already lost 150 Goods for the search..... And if that Outpost is of too high level then same process continues..

    I can't see any balance anywhere even in Experience there is no balance..... Too expensive to update... Low productions from Camps and GAS toooooooo high to do quick Exploration missions.....
    In short we r too unhappy :(

    Animesh I agree, I think outpost should consume a different type of supplies if possible. And matchmaking should be based off the leaderboard ranks. for example youre rank 300 you can challenge the 10 people ahead of you and whoever you beat you take their spot.

    If they want to appease the player base they need to compensate every player and not just the players who have had large rollbacks and managed to provide screenshots for everything they have lost.. personally I have been rolled back at least 3 times (that I know of) and while minor , I have lost many hours of gameplay and drops.

    I cringe at the horror stories of players who have lost days of progress and hundreds/thousands of gold they bought with real money but this has affected almost everyone in this game. ..

    @NG games , come on guys .. there is some easy fixes until you get this mess cleaned up , disable any in-app purchases until you get it fixed and provide full supplies or 1 minute gas or SOMETHING in the mean time.. it looks very very bad for you to continue to collect our real money while this is happening. This is a good game and I would hate to see it destroyed by mismanagement.
    You are dancing on the edge here.

    To the mods , I feel for you guys as you are not programmers or techs for NG (as far as I know) thanks for trying to damage control this mess

    Keep the faith, we have all vented its healthy. We will be rewarded / compensated. The franchise is huge, think about it. I think they are too overwelmed but will get there. Trust me they are more UNHAPPY about this than we are. :)

    the thing is they won't disable in app purchases cause they know some people will keep spending, like myself (don't judge me it's an addiction that I'm working on). It's good everyone is stepping up and speaking their minds but our voice can't go unheard. I will continue to be patient but if I keep hearing stories from my guild members I will push further to get things fixed. Thankfully I haven't lost much but people like my guild leader, Deadbeat, lost literally weeks of progress. People who were here since the game launched quit and some guilds lost their top players. last week my guild got knocked off global leaderboards as well as 40+ spots on U.S leaderboards due to people quitting.

    Anyway keep strong guys and thanks for the support Teeceezy and other mods, we appreciate the help

    I usually just give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they're flooded with complaints. Teeceezy did offer me my lost bundle which I appreciate. I did decline it cause the rollback fixed when I cleared my cache and restarted the app.

    Well said Mizzy. It is the least they could do to compensate players who keep the game going. Preventing further loss of players real money would be first priority until they can guarantee no more rollbacks will happen.

    The thing is, I program, and some of these bugs could be fixed VERY easily, so I don't feel the effort is being put in and I don't feel the Devs are listening to their players AT ALL. The updates are adding things no one asked for, and not fixing things everyone is having issues with. I feel there have been small modifications that have been sketchy and increase likelihood of errors in this game, and I'm really starting to feel like whoever is making the decisions is a pretty shady fella. I get you're trying to keep up with the show story line, but FIX the stuff, so many people are jumping ship, we've lost ambition in our guilds, so even the fun social aspect is gone!

    * Strongly suggest you make a real bug report in the forum, so the bugs can be added, voted on by players, and devs can acknowledge and give current status on repair.

    Next games is lucky to work on one of the biggest and best franchises in the Walking Dead intellectual property. They are doing a good job creatively and I hope they continue to come up the execution curve on what has been a fun, though buggy game but there are too many imbalances and errors. The economy is also too small for all the bold features they are planning. Like a hamster running a n 18 wheeler. They need to adjust so that the farms, tents, and outposts crank out more currency so that the trade, raid and pvp system finally works

    l think most, if not all of us have suffered from recent roll-backs.
    In my humble opinion the least they can do is give a very good week long event so we can try to gain back some of the stuff we have lost, please note l said week long rather than weekend.
    Other than that l really enjoy this game, not as fast paced as a lot of games out there.

    I play on Android and I don't see any serious bugs to prevent me from playing. I'm happy in overall. Of course many balance thing need to be fixed.
    Also rollback issue only existing on ios devices. Nothing like that on Android

    @Amiga this is not correct. Several of my guild members have experienced rollback on android devices.
    & if you look at other posts on the forum plenty of Android users have experienced rollbacks.

    It's great that you haven't had any problems

    But many, many, many people have.

    For a long time I have been criticizing the Game Developers ( these are the people who make decisions of the Dynamics and Play of the game )

    Some of these people may be " writing code " for the game...

    The people writing " code " know the game has " bugs "... I believe they are trying to fix the code...

    But the problem with the game, is with those who make the " decisions " concerning the game...

    AMC Holding can't be happy, with what NextGames is doing, and not doing, to the Walking Dead Franchise...

    ( Kids... those are powerful words... NextGames should be very concerned... Errr are they??? Well... We shall see................. )
    I am easily confused by other people's, laziness and sloppiness and greed...

    Any guess who might " now " be on my list, ( in 2017 )

    I just had a rollback. Lost 24 hrs of game play & lost $20 Bundle I purchased just this morning :-/
    I am an Android user.

    I have also had issues with game crashing constantly throughout the day & everytime I try to watch ads for Xtra boxes or at Theater & for many months I have not been able to chat at all in my Guild

    Myself and another guild mate had a rollback issue during different challenges and we are both on android devices.

    The rollbacks seem to be hitting iPad2 users most often, but all devices (both iOS and Android) have been effected to some degree. I have been lucky and have not experienced a rollback yet

    Here is the thing. It's a free to play game. If you don't like it, quit. Don't post on the forums, don't pay stupid amounts of money for goofy costumes and find a different game to play,

    It's just like Reddit. Facebook. Hotmail. Youtube. They're free, if you don't like it then hurt them by avoiding it.

    @Voss, actually continuing to use the free aspects of the game and refusing to spend money on extras hurts them more. They have to pay for the servers, staff, electricity, and other overhead. If people continue to access the servers and consume their resources without paying for optional content, it hurts them worse than just leaving the game. When enough players leave a game, they can take servers offline (no more electric bill for them) and fire supportive staff that are no longer needed. With the players sticking around but not paying, the resources are consumed without income to replenish.

    Maybe you are one of the lucky ones, that haven't had any issues yet. Just because it is a free game, doesn't mean it should have the problems that it continually does! Rather you pay to play, or play for free, isn't what is being discussed here. After putting time to build your camp, Srvrs, stars, ect......... , & you lose all that, in an instant, is unfair! Players simply want to play, not start all over, again & again! :#
