My rollback issue has been resolved!

Dear all,FYI, I just recieved a message from support about the rollback ticket reclaimed on 12/Mar/16 and I have received a compensation in gold.

    I submitted a ticket on the 10th of March and haven't received anything yet.
    I hope I receive the Fresh Survivor bundle I lost and the compensation soon.
    Nice to hear that they are finally compensating users though. :)
