No man's land support

I reported about 8 bugs to support over the past couple weeks. Providing what I could for ducumentation and screen shots.

The reply was slow. Well very slow but I got a responce and full resources in return. I would like to thank the team for recognizing and providing something in return.

This in my mind is how support should opperate. Acknoledge an issue, deal with it, and provide something to the customer. Scopely road to survival has a lot to learn from next games. When you contact them it's like talking to a automated voice system in a continuous loop. Hello how may we help you thank you for contacting us hello how may we help you thank you for contacting us hello how may we ....

Anyways. Thank you for the support. I know there is upset customers out there but a massive game changing update was released and things take time..
When soft cap comes I quit the game.
