Roll back compensation follow up for who received a response but no comp or IAP: As of 4/1/16

It's nearing the end of the week and I wanted to update everyone affected by it. Support has been working hard responding and compensating players for the roll back issues. Support is still working on the issue and will continue to do so until all compensations are done.


This thread is for those who have been contacted by support but either didn't receive compensation or your in app purchases were not reinstated.

If you have already been contacted but either didn't receive compensation or your in app purchases were not reinstated, please reply back to the support message and explain your situation (did not receive compensation or missing purchases. This is also the time to provide support with proof of purchase.

If you responded back to support, pleasese post here your in game name (IGN), level (LV), Date of Response (DoR), Issue (Issue): No compensation received and/or missing IAP, if missing IAP, whether poof of purchase was provided.

    Got a respond about my iAp will be given back plus 5000tg & 15 phones but only received tg & phones. Also purchased a small radio bundle but got rolled back the moment i got compensated and the bundle ( 500 gold + phones) disappeared.

    Update- still no update or response as of 4/8, I posted here and replied to the ticket.

    I have now received my IAP, as well as fair compensation for all of my issues, thanks.

    Issue: I received information that compensation has been made to players affect by roll back but I didn't receive any.
    I lost epic hunter and some resources.

    I received compensation today, however in adequate, but they did not include my IAP even though the message I received states that it was added to my inventory.

    Issue: rollback + 3 challenges in a row (excluding new graveyard) where challenge starts off with individual rooms showing different stars already completed but not in totals. Net impact : artificial increase in gas cost, inability to earn top rewards as star count missing totals from low level easy rounds. Starr differences ranged from 19 to 7 across 3 seperately reported tickets. No response from support except for post 1.8 closeout message "we have a new release, tel us if any issues". Comp please for missing rewards?

    issue: Received absolutely insufficient compensation for loosing about 2000 influence. Lost 30 stars on Friday, but that was no rollback problem, but was due to the fact people could play the prison challenge on the big maintenance day (was it wednesday). Loosing 30 stars is bad, because I'm running for number one in Germany.

    I have trouble understanding why some players are receiving up to 15.000 gold as compensation while others (with possibly higher outages and losses) receive nothing.
    This looks very, very strange.

    I can imagine that the load on support was just enormous on the rollback problem, I'm not blaming anyone. But it would help if we could understand how this is done. It does appear completely random, and some are getting the feeling it is about 'the squeaky wheel gets the grease', not the ones waiting patiently.
