    @ravenyze Can i add the story mission rewards are also pretty lame? The only good ones are the final ones where you get a weapon. Other than that i have never been excited for the story mission rewards

    Agree about TB from chests after mission. Instead of low lvl gear offer TG.

    based on the data here i did some comparison on a weekly basis

    how to read these tables?
    if you for example are able to beat everything up to lvl 17 requirement you where able to reach the 180 stars step in the old system that gave you 12k tg per week
    in the new system you can reach the 260 stars step this gives you 7200 tg

    as you can see the new system compared to the old is a clear nerf, you get less tg overall and less tg per gas spend

    Did you count also, that with the old system you could get 2x12000tg per week? With the new one 1x8500?
    Does anybody at NG do the math before balance relevan changes?

    @R03 my nrs for the old system are already multiplied by 2 for gas and tg rewards, so its 1x 12k per week or 2x6k per challange
    i know that at ng their have to be people that have to be realy good at math, at least some of the programmers, besides some of the crashes the quality is good and i think every programmer that is capable of doing this is also able to do this kind of calculations

    but i think that those programmers and the people that do the balancing are not the same :( . The people often dont realy think through the numbers when the make changes
    their are a lot of examples
    - items that cost more xp to upgrade than you could store
    - farmproductionincrease for highlvl farms before the buff
    - farmstorage that wasnt increased after the farmbuff
    - and now this challange reward change

    I get only 3 stars per mission, one for finishing, one for no struggle, one for no injury. How do you get the stars to increase??

    Maximum stars per mission is 3 if you complete it without taking any injury.

    If you have daily quests, completing them might give extra challenge stars (e.g Use ranged weapon team)

    Thank you @gabriel_lwh but basically you repeat me (except you give that little extra, which is known by me, but that is beside the point) which is not quite the same as answering my question :D

    So... what is the increasing number of stars gained in mission then in following link:

    Never mind, waking up now, that table shows the cumulative amount stars gained. Confusion gone, cue shame. :s

    @Teeceezy chart is different than what I worked on. Same with @imfgunnut. Completely different numbers.

    So based on Teeceezy's chart it's 109 gas to do level 21 per board. We get 6 gas an hour. So that's 4.6 days to get to complete if we play constantly and never waste gas. .. for crappy rewards.

    @JVC_TWD Very nice consolidation. I didn't think to collapse it down like that. Much cleaner presentation.

    If you want the data, 55, 56 are level 22....57 is lvl 23. Gas cost jumps from 8 to 9 after 55 I believe.

    Why in the world would we get a massive nerf like this to trade goods? Can't say I understand the logic here. Same amount of time for one challenge instead of two, but they drastically lower rewards? WHY!?!?

    @Dukarg it isn't the same amount of time. Under the old system, to max out stars you had to run 14 passes on each map, twice a week. That is 168 missions. On the new on you must run 19 passes on each map once a week. That is 114 missions. That is 54 missions worth of gas and time you can use for other purposes.

    @JVC_TWD @Teeceezy my experience so far in this challenge lines up with jvc's table, teeceezy your table seems to understate the rec level by 1 all the way through.

    But at our casual guild, if I got 140 stars, and guild got 1000, which was our average, I got 16k tg a week. Doing the same, I'm now going to get 10k a week. I'm going to wait until I see how it actually works, and if I get more than 220 stars with the new system, but it looks like more grinding through low levels, less tg and no challenge on the weekend. Not my idea of an improvement.

    I'm not addicted, I just have nothing better to do.

    @bun it's @imfgunnut table just shorter to make it easier to read :). But yes the rec Lvl is off on the chart posted by @Teeceezy even the gas is off. Something is off by 1 in that chart

    Too much gas spent grinding low levels, and fewer TG overall unless you receive 310 stars or more - really takes away a lot of the incentive to be a good guild member and do Challenges. Simply making the Challenges more difficult and doubling the TG rewards would easily solve this, I believe. I like the idea of one challenge per week in principle, but feel this change was poorly executed.

    I have something important to add!

    Monday the challenge went live. Tuesday morning I have played the challenge to a level where I can no longer beat the walkers. As of that moment I have almost a week to go before a new challenge, thuis gaining NO stars whatsofucking ever.

    This was the same previously, with one major difference, I could do this twice a week.

    I say it sucks.

    I am now spending much more time on story missions though, which will run out of course for obvious reasons.

    Leaves exploration and raiding.

    Well, at least it will reduce my overall game time to be sure which could be considered a bonus I guess. :D

    5 day challenge is welcome, but the increase of gas consumption and decrease of rewards sucks so much!

    How so? Game time is limited by gas and raiding costs less gas than your mission levels. Doing more raids can actually increase your game time.

    I would like to sincerely thank all the lazy whiners who wanted 1 challenge a week instead of 2. Now we have all the work and half the rewards - great job.

    Estava com boas expectativas nesses 1 desafio por semana. Porém parece ter ficado mais chato. Costumo jogar até exigir lvl 20. Isso significa que iniciando com exigências de lvl 3 até o 20 terei que jogar 17 vezes cada missão. 6 missões terei que jogar 102 vezes. Se considerar que a gasolina custa em média 6 por missão. Serão necessárias 85 horas pra juntar o combustível necessário. Em resumo: 1 semana vai ser pouco pra ter combustível suficiente até chegar um ponto que eu não consiga avançar nos desafios. Tem que tornar a progressão da dificuldade mais rápida ou o custo de gasolina mais baixo. Está ficando chato desse jeito pra jogadores de lvl alto.

    You should thank NG that is a greedy company which think only about money and it doesn't care the quality of gameplay

    I'm happy with 1 challenge. Previously maps with high lvl walkers passed really quick then we hit the wall. Now I can enjoy longer doing higher tiers. I don't understand this whole yelling...
    For me the biggest issue is still XP balance.. Not challenge...oh yeah... Gas cost is bit too high..
