  In general i like the we're listening but dont hold your breath attitude.
  It makes one feel really listened to and understood. Unfortunately we're not lab rats and so can be put back in our cages, have the lights turned off and left overnight when some god of an analyst's latest experiment on us goes over badly.
  Reviews are 1 star, money has stopped being spent and refunds are being given.
  Soon no one will care because we'll have gone...
