I have log in and saw the message for the reward but its nowhere to claim it ,not in shop nowhere.pls help me. i 'll wait for you respond.

    Dear friend @zbot, thank you for your respond, this bundle its not in my shop thought i saw the mail that saying claim your reward.i'll submit a request in game support as you propose.i really appreciate it,ty again
