Where can I see how many Hero tokens I have?

  Also @Spermacus in you survivor screens where you can view them all click on the flag categorie which will show all the heroes and how many tokens are held for each, you can view them all on screen together

  For some reason I don't see what you posted in the second screen shot. I can view the number of tokens for heroes I already have, but I can't find anywhere that allows me to view my progress towards heroes I don't have yet.

  If you have any tokens for a particular hero, they will be "lit up." The / tells you how far you have to go. So 2/60 means you need 58 more Glem tokens to unlock Glem.
