This thread is a tribute to the loyal and dedicated fans of long suffering Chicago Cubs fans. I live in Silicon Valley area but my heart still belongs to Cubs. I really wish this is the year Cubs can finally win the World Series and Cubs fans deserve it after 108 long years. Let's go Cubs.

    St Louis fan (family), but from Chicago area... Grew up with Cubs. I wasn't allowed to root for them, and officially I'm still not allowed, but unofficially... Good luck Cubbies ;-)

    In terms of travel times, we'd rather face the Cubs. That ride to LA is a PITA. Though it didn't seem to bother the Cavs when they beat the GSW.

    I was 8 years old when i saw the game where the ball rolled between buckners legs and the mets went on to win it all.

    Its been 30 years since. Cant imagine waiting around through generations without a win.
