CHALLENGE STAR BUG???

I see 384 stars at end of challenge... my guild sees 342... what is up with that???

Did at anytime you click the Icon on bottom right corner & it say "Loading Guild"?
& then instead of waiting for Guild to load.. Did you go to Challenges through the main Map?

Edit: & if haven't already.. Be sure to send ingame ticket with your pics

I just reported same issue.
When the game has issues with Loading Guild.. Our individual Stars aren't recognized & don't add to total.
It's been an ongoing problem unfortunately.
Hopefully they find a fix soon!!

& as I said.. be sure to send ingame ticket with those pics too!!

& hopefully @Teeceezy will see your Thread early Monday morning
Or I'm sure @zbot will forward issue for you

Do you mean you always just enter Challenge from Map?

send ingame ticket:
Press & hold three fingers on screen when in the game or at Camp

You can also access by the lil gear icon in top right corner of game
Then click Help tab & then click Contact Us (or the little comment icon in top right corner)

@nexus713 as @rgerkman mentioned it's most likely due to loading guild issue. How do you access your guild challenge? Through the world map icon or the guild challenge icon?

@zbot I would say, probably 90+% of the time I access through world map...

I would suggest using the Guild Icon to get to Challenges from now on instead of Map until it's fixed. As long as it doesn't say "Loading Guild" your Stars will be recognized @nexus713

I have asked my Guildmates to do this & we have not had any Star issues since
(about 4 Challenges now)

@nexus713 ok that's what I figured, use the guild challenge icon to make sure your stars are accurate, if you see loading guild wait until everything is synced.

I wish I had seen this before. I did exactly that and now I have 21 stars that only I can see. The count shows correctly for me but it places me in order of my 21 stars not being there.
