Trade Goods shown before Outpost raid isn't what you receive

DLHDLH Member Posts: 401
Been running outpost raids for TG and was certain the TG reward said 533, however I only received 515. So I took screenshots of the next raid and sure enough, the amount shown pre-raid varies from what is rewarded.

I'm glad someone has mentioned this. Yes, I had also noticed the pre-raid TG number on screen is different than post-raid TG number (except for me it was the inverse; I got slightly more than what was first shown).

I have been noticing the same. It happens a lot, and it is never to my favor.

Haven't had one in my favor yet either.

Just ran 4 raids and had shortages of 5, 4, 23 and 11. Shortchanged 43 TG in 4 raids. This could really add up.

Don't know if this has been discussed before, might have missed it...
I never get the announced amount of TG from outposts. It's always less. One example:

I'm glad someone said it and that I'm not the only one having this issue. I noticed the amount is minuscule but would add up over time.

I didn't find it a big a deal though to create a thread on it since there's enough stuff going bad, didn't wanna add fuel to the fire so to speak.

That discrepancy issue has been around for a long time.
It used to be both Influence and TGs that would be wildly different - now its just TGs slightly off.
    I guess that's an improvement, right? :#

@Verbaub the old issue was when outposts first came about. It would literally match you with a completely different opponent than the one you selected.

It was discovered similarly, looking at a before and after picture of your battle. The name is at least the same so you're legitimately battling the outpost you chose unlike before.

That was some time ago though

I thought maybe it was a slight penalty for using more moves than expected. Outposts typically take me 90 seconds to play but with interrupt not being guaranteed I err on the side of caution.

I always go to the left so I can see where walkers are. Often use my scout to interrupt since the likeliness of them body shotting is less. I'll use 2 overwatch turns or "run to safety" if there's more than one tank/armor grouped together.

Overall it'll take me 15 moves to get to the gate since there's no rush with a respawn. Then sometimes if my survivors aren't in the right position I'll use another turn to get them in the order I want. Then another turn moving slightly with scout, and stun with my assault. Then go in for the TG's

So I assumed it was a 1 TG penalty for each "unnecessary" move. It's usually within 5-10 so that was my logic anyway lol

@DLich it's been as much as 29 so far today. 150 in 12 raids. Can add up quick.

I can't laugh at this enough. I'm not even going to look at the numbers, it really doesn't matter what's on screen in this game.

I figured you had to go thru the raid unscathed to get the promised amount.
