The magical scout weapon

Can anyone enlighten me on how could you possibly "brain stab" a walker with A WRENCH?
A hatchet for scout would be more logical

Walkers are just weak bags walking rotting meat getting weaker and weaker as they decompose.
The survivors though have been killing them over and over getting incredibly strong hitting skills.
It has all just developed into a point where even a wrench can be brainstabbed by one of our survivors.

Nothing to be sorry for. I'm happy you spoke your mind, it's the only way to get things cleared up. Enjoy the forum and the game!

Easily stab a brain through the eye with a wrench

Let's not forget the worst zombie kill/weapon used on the show... much, much worse than a wrench.

I'll leave out the particulars in case this might somehow been seen as a spoiler even though it though it happened in Season 5, episode 9... One walker in that episode was dispatched by being stabbed in the head with a model airplane. Wrench doesn't seem so silly, now does it?

Does anyone remember the episode where Rick stabbed a walker in the head with his empty 357 mag. If you push hard enough anything stabs. But if you're questioning the realism of the cartoon game we're playing.....um......never mind.

I now have the image in my head of brain stabbing a walker with a sink plunger!!

There is nothing real about the game, it's just a game
You could go on forever about stuff like that

How do people at your camp walk right through each other and through things at your camp?
How come your srvrs can shoot right through each other and not get killed?

The list goes on forever........................................................... It's just a pretend game

The same immutable laws of physics that allow a pistol to have a greater range than a rifle round with much greater energy are in play here. The extra ballistic energy lost from all the rifle rounds fired in this game is transferred to wrenches and this extra ballistic energy allows a wrench the skull penetration it needs!

Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a bygone vexation stands vivified and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition! The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose, so let me simply add that it's my very good honor to meet you and you may call me DZ.

Well if they did change stuff for a more "realistic" approach then they would have to change other things like the Hunter's Overwatch attack can pierce through enemies. Seriously, why does a normal attack pierce but not the Overwatch? That will actually improve that awful trait.
