Don't forget! Wait 20-30 minutes before starting the challenge!!
Otherwise they won't count in your guild.

    So if you do one of the guild challenges within the first 20 minutes it doesn't register that you've done it?

    Mine have been counting. Had guild member who had star issues that first week but otherwise he's been fine. Might need to get some clarification, @Shteevie ?

    Mine didn't last week. First 27 stars didn't count because I got them right after the challenge started.

    They will count for you, but won't count for your guild.
    (or at least, this happens to a lot of people, can't say if this counts for everyone)

    @DIblis it's definitely a known issue that NG has addressed in multiple threads and said they hoped it was fixed 2 weeks ago but this may be the 4th week in a row where there may be an issue with stars.

    Last week, it happened with me and my some 27+ stars were not counted. I lodged a complaint but nothing happened. This week faced no problem and all my stars have been counted.

    What happened @zeeblack is Next posted several times on that topic here on the forum explaining the issues (including the unfortunate fact that lost stars were just that: lost stars) and telling us they were working hard to fix this asap, since obviously this was a big and very unwelcome issue, both for the players as well as the developer. And lo and behold, this time round the problem did not occur.

    Well, no problems at start but I lost 6 stars just now...do we have to check connection to guild everytime we want to make challenge mission @Shteevie ?

    Well, the problem we have been seeing had to do with the server bandwidth being maxed out at the start of the challenge. This would cause you to be unable to see you guild.

    If you can compare your star count to the guild list, this isn't the same problem.

    I do remember hearing from the server guys that the guild leaderboards can sometimes take a while to catch up to each person's own list. However, before the "start of challenge" bandwidth issue, I don't think we had widespread star losses.

    So I'm guessing that those stars will appear after a while. I hope that is the case.

    I've lost 12 stars tonight which is really annoying as didn't notice at first or I would have stopped and waited...

    @Shteevie I've rebooted a few times to see if it would catch up...but it hasn't

    It's not about rebooting - rebooting your device doesn't change the rate at which our server collects and collates data. I'll let the server team know that this is going on, and they will add it to their current work of correcting these systems.

    @BigFellaSteve Well, for me restart with wiping memory worked.
    And @Shteevie it is not a "server delay issue". It was definetly not at begginning of challenge, as i already had 170+stars.
    From picture below you can see I have 207 stars, but only 201 counted for guild.

    I mean RAM, not ROM memory :)@BigFellaSteve. On android there is posibility to cler memory(unless you lock app to not be removed). That I meant with "wiping memory".
