Customize Survivors

It would be nice if we could decide the appearance and names of our survivors. Customize a survivor and choose from the available appearances, then from clothes depending on the survivor's class. Then we choose from the available names, or you could let us make up our own names, though that might be risky.
Another customization that would be really sweet is letting us change survivor traits, that has been asked before I imagine.

You can already change the name of your survivors. Just go to the statpage of a particular survivor (I'll include a ss to be sure) and tap on their name. It'll give you a new window in which you can type their new name.
