Negan tokens "restocking" despite not being collected.

I had the Negan token card show up in my trade shop and it shows "restocking" even though I hadn't collected them yet. It's also odd that I have the Jesus token card too because I've never seen 2 heroes in the shop at the same time.

I remember a similar incident a few months ago about something changing its status to restocking despite people not collecting them.
