  @Pheonix871 did you bring new players in after the challenge started? you're only allowed to have 20 people put stars in per challenge if you change during the challenge your new players there stars will be withheld it is a mechanism to avoid cheating not to say that you're cheating but that's what I've been told hope that helps you out
