    @JayZ

Why the desire to have Swift Strike in Silver and Luck in Gold rather than vice versa?

I didn't do the math, but I assume Gold Swift and Silver Luck would give a better chance to proc than what you're looking for. Or am I wrong in my assumption?

@Dodkong my thoughts would be that since luck increases chances of everything (not only swift strike) it would be preferable in gold

silver swift strike is 30% chance; gold swift strike is 40% chance
silver luck is 15% increase; gold luck is 20% increase

silver swift strike with gold luck is 36% chance
+ lvl 5 survivor with 18% luck is 41.4% total chance
... 33% luck boost total to all luck affected traits

gold swift strike with silver luck is 46% chance
+ lv 5 survivor with 18% luck is 53.2% total chance
... 38% luck boost total to all luck affected traits

You would get a 10-11.8% less proc rate on the swift strike, but you're adding 5% luck to everything else that luck "stack's" with. With dodge for example since the max dodge someone can have base (without luck) is 30%; that gold to silver difference is 1.5% chance but this affects all traits that survivor might have such as...

    Power Strike (lvl 5 = 2% at 5% luck) - 40% base chance

Swift Strike (silver lvl = 1.5% at 5% luck) - 30% base chance
    Interruptor (silver lvl = 4% at 5% luck) - 80% base chance
    Charging (gold lvl = 1.5% at 5% luck) - 30% base chance
Threat Reduction (gold lvl = 3.75% at 5% luck) - 75% base chance
    Accurate (gold lvl = 1.5% at 5% luck) - 15% base chance

    Dodge (30% base dodge = 1.5% at 5% luck) - 30% base chance
    Bullet Dodge (lvl 5 = .75% at 5% luck ) - 15% base chance
    Bulletproof (gold lvl = 1.5% at 5% luck) - 30% base chance
    Wrestler (gold lvl = 3% at 5% luck) - 60% base chance
Stun Resistance (gold lvl = 3.75% at 5% luck) - 75% base chance

Granted a survivor can't have more than 3 attack attributes (one of which is swift strike and luck in this example) and can't have more than 3 armor attributes but the 10-11.8% loss on the swift strike can be made up elsewhere on other attributes.

With all this said... I swear by the gold swift strike; I notice it goes off way more often than my previous silver swift strike did.

@DLich @Dodkong I do like that Luck generally affects everything and will give boosts to crit, dodge, etc., but in this case, my perfect perfect Scout weapon would be, as Dodkong mentioned, one that had gold Swift Strike and Threat Reduction.

However, when you're running equipment scavenge missions, I would very happily settle for switching gold Luck/Swift Strike on a legendary blade. It's just a darn shame that it's not level appropriate :(
