25% hit on costs

So the cost of business due to exchange rates has finally rippled through to the game, where items may of been £79.99 is now £99.99. Smaller bundles now are also past a line i doubt i will buy, spent a bit on it as well but certainly no more until i feel value again which is unlikely....anywhere else other than the UK hit by this?

    Keep in mind this is set by the iTunes App Store and not developers. Canada along with other countries got hit for 30%(?) I think last year.

    Yeap, according to a new russian law, starting from 01/2017 all the prices connected to online purchases such as google market, app store, steam, etc have been raised by a 18% tax, never used on digital markets before

    Whilst technically correct, see the following:

    "To mitigate the impact of the latest increase, Apple is introducing new lower-price tiers.
    Publishers will be able to charge users 49p or 79p for purchases but will have to re-price their products to do so."

    Therefore, it is still NG that make the pricing decision - I, for 1 won't be making further purchases at this rate and the market will decide whether the loss of revenue will be ameliorated by the price increase.

    What i was thinking too, NG could still make it more attractive to buy, boosters will be the only potential purchases for me.

    Are you having a laugh! 200 phones might get you say, 500 odd tokens, and 1200 gold will upgrade one weapon, all for the cheap price of £50 lmfao. Anyone that buys this, would need some sort of serious help.

    Yea these prices are insane. I had one pop up for 57$ yesterday. Lol are you kidding me. This is an app, not a console game with 10s of millions of players.

    Well... it is a bit. It was all overpriced in the first place. Now it's ridiculous (yeah apple are partly to blame but NG set the bar too high initially). Over £10 for a weapon, a bit of gold and a few tokens? £5 for 500 gold that gets you what? Bugger all past level 20.

    Wow, thank all, feel this might be akin to a support group. I was stunned at the "deal" offered...it seemed so much money for so little?

    Glad it wasn't just me who felt it wasn't NGs best moment.

    NG didn't increase their prices. But they can always add more goodies to the bundles :)

    NG could simply reduce the prices buy 25% and put them back to theur normal obscene price. Will they do that, nope.

    I gathered it was, hence the 'LOL' I gave the comment... it's just frustrating that NG seem to have created a cool little game but rather than wanting to make it fair, they completely fudge it with these ridiculous 'deals' and crappy hero token business.
