Bruises without damage in grenadiers

@Shteevie @Teeceezy my guild mates and I have noticed getting bruised in this challenge when we were clear of grenadiers. We didn't know we were bruised until the summary screen. At first I thought we might have missed seeing an explosion from across a wall, but now it's happened enough times that I'm sure my survivor's are getting bruised without being hit.

Anybody else noticed this?

    What may be happening is that sometimes there are hidden boomers that set off a chain reaction and your survivors maybe in the hidden blast area.

    @zbot I thought I was paying attention to that before posting this, but after playing through a few more rounds, some extra hidden boomers showed themselves. I think you"re right.
