This was a pretty big update, and it also caused a pretty big mess... as I mentioned before, it might be better to release small updates once a month vs a large update like 2.5.
For example: 2.4.1 could have been the survivor changes... 2.4.2 could have introduced the new challenge... 2.4.3 could have introduced the council changes...
This way if something breaks, it's probably easier to fix.
The game is impossible to play for me atm. Crashes in every mission and I have to start from the beginning. Before it was only in star missions. Now I have restored the hole game from the scratch and now it's crashing directly on starting any mission. Restoring with Playstore don't work, I had to restore the data from a backup. Maybe it's better to wait a few days
@Teeceezy Since you mentioned that most, if not all, of the fixes should be server side and not client side, will you be updating your "Update 2.5 - Known Issues" post with the fixes as they are applied? Since I'm assuming an in-game announcement will not happen each time something is changed, it would be nice to have some way of knowing when a game mechanic changes so we don't get caught completely off guard.

Despite my earlier comments, we will be going in to maintenance tomorrow at 5 AM UTC to perform fixes to issues such as Outposts matchmaking, account linking and various connection issues. Sorry about this folks.

I know the work day is done but I hope you see this before the update @Teeceezy , have fixes for some of the issues listed in the sticky tone luve already? It seems like NG fixed the fatties and stun but my stun resistant armor isn't working. Was NG aware of this with our survivors' stun resistance? Did NG fix the fatties because that was something they were able to?
I can't seem to find anything about this so I'll ask it here, it just seems like the place. Before the upgrade to 2.5 my survivors were between 140k to 183k xp to train, I did most of these during the 5 second thing we had during the last challenge. Now the new 2.5 is in place I only have 1 survivor left to train and it jumped from a mere 177k to 242k and the time has extended as well. How do you justify a 30% cost increase give or take without increasing the amount of xp won? The xp that you get from winning a mission is the same or less than before. If not for that, I haven't had any problems yet technically speaking. I haven't done anything with my outpost though and won't until I hear it's fixed.

It is well past the UTC maintenance start time and no maintenance has started yet. The game is still in progress. You guys made it look like you were going to close the app down. We still have players at a level 4 camp. We would really just appreciate communication on progress to avoid frustration. I know you guys are super bombarded right now I'm sure but perhaps a time frame of when it will be taken care of and our member's accounts will get fixed, etc.
The standard answer has been, "We are investigating, thank you for your patience."
This doesn't give us a ton of information or confidence it is being fixed. Are you looking at individual players and fixing them one by one? Will it take a few hours? Will it take a few weeks? Anything at all will help us understand so we can have patience for you guys but just saying, "we are working on it" is leaving quite a few people frustrated and wanting to quit the game.
Honestly, all major players should go on a boycott from spending any money for the next two weeks. Especially after many have spent hundreds, some thousands. We have all the patience in the world if you guys would just communicate a little clearer with us is all.

> @novalin When did it crash? after you completed the last mission or when you where going to claim the reward?
Right before the reward crate screen
