Tomatoes not stacking up

Hi,
since the new update, it seems that the tomatoes I win do not stack up. I really thought that this bug would have been reported already, but I didn't find anything about it on the forum yet.
I did 2-3 scavenging mission (for tomatoes) and finally end up with the save amount of tomatoes. It very disappointing. Only the tomatoes of my Farm plot stack up. This way, it will take a looooooong time to do the upgrades.
Do any of you have the same problem? What can I do to fix it?

- Scavenge mission
- All the crates

I'm confused. It does now. I think it always did. Sorry for that.
