  Deluxe crates are based on your player level, so it sounds like you need to upgrade some other buildings.

  Apologies on the off-topic post, but does anyone know what your player level needs to be to start getting Level 20 gear out of the Legendary Gear Crates in the Trade Shop?

  @tabernac I believe it's 56 but 58 guarantees Lvl 20
  
  55 will give you 19 or 20

  I can confirm that lvl 57 still gives 19 minimum.
  Just got to 58 today, I assume I'll have minimum 20 from now on.
