New Building Type -- Forge

The Forge is a building that essentially lets you create improvised weapons for scouts, bruisers and warriors. In a Forge, you can deconstruct parts from old weapons, and, using these parts, can construct new ones. The level of the forge depicts what you can deconstruct and construct. Some projects may require whole weapons and parts, while some may require just parts. Not all weapons can be worked on either. Why would this be beneficial? Scouts, Bruisers and Warriors (Scouts especially) are often overlooked as Hunter, Shooter and Assault classes are more popular. This adds a unique aspect into using these classes once again. Why use the forge? Well, depending on the rarity, a weapon is given a random damage stat (with a set minimum and maximum stat, to be decided on by developers), where you could luck out and get a high damage weapon, or a crummy garbage weapon. Not only will weapons cost XP to deconstruct, but will cost time as well (Max. 2 000 XP, Max time; 30 mins.) When Constructing weapons, there will be a cost of both XP and Time.
The following graph may look weird if you are viewing this on a device:

(Level 1) Required council level: 10 / Cost to build: 60k tomatoes / Time to build: 7 hours / Rarity of Items: common (*) --
(Level 2) Required council level: 11 / Cost to upgrade: 100k tomatoes / Time to upgrade: 9 hours / Rarity of Items: uncommon (**) --
(Level 3) Required council level: 12 / Cost to upgrade: 150k tomatoes / Time to upgrade: 12 hours / Rarity of Items: rare (***) --
(Level 4) Required council level: 14 / Cost to upgrade: 200k tomatoes / Time to upgrade: 16 hours / Rarity of Items: epic (****) --
(Level 5) Required council level: 15 / Cost to upgrade: 400k tomatoes / Time to upgrade: 24 hours / Rarity of Items: legendary (*****)

The list of what weapons give what parts is below. Please note that not all parts will be given from each weapon. It is possible (and most likely) that you'll only get one part from each weapon. The rarity of the part depends on the rarity of the weapon/gear. For example, a rare (***) level "kitchen knife" will give rare (***) parts. Rare parts CANNOT be used to make Epic or Legendary weapons, but CAN be used to make Rare or lower (UC, C) weapons or gear.

Thanks for taking your time and reading this absurdly long thread.
