  ah okay, so some people still see them as unworthy as they take much longer to advance. But is it just the time they take to advance or also their traits?

  It is both. Many of them do not ha e traits comparable to a good survivor, plus they "currently" only have 4 traits that are available when not in leader spot. That plus the fact for most people they take over a year to get 1 pink makes them less usable to the masses.

  In a way, all of us has an El Guapo to face. For some, shyness might be their El Guapo. For others, a lack of education might be their El Guapo. For us, El Guapo is a big, dangerous man who wants to kill us.

  Taking heroes to pink just takes much more time. By the time you got pink on heroes, regular survivors are 2* pink and higher.
