I thought this died months ago. Apparently it did in February. Lol
In a way, all of us has an El Guapo to face. For some, shyness might be their El Guapo. For others, a lack of education might be their El Guapo. For us, El Guapo is a big, dangerous man who wants to kill us.
@Guapo Honestly Guapo, what's the name of the show?

I wasn't being completely facetious, I haven't heard a whisper from it, I look at this thread see the last post was 4 months ago. I think we have someone on it, but pretty sure they aren't even playing the game anymore.

Guild is Dead Stalkers. Guess I couldn't decide on a show name. I'll keep thinking.

The guild council has been relatively quiet recently, in public. But in the background, we pushed for the fix to the charged attacks and several other items, such as the issues between level 20 and 21 survivors.
Sometimes we successfully convince them to make changes, sometimes we fail. But we always try to help.
Interesting. I thought the outrage in this forum pushed for those. Can't see what happens behind closed doors.

@Guapo I guarantee you that the charge attack situation wouldn't have been addressed if not for @PR0DJ doing a phenomenal job documenting it and @jester relentlessly pursuing it with NG. There was also an unsung hero on the NG side of things who was willing to push and prod this issue through.
Everyone’s got two wolves inside them. One is anger, envy, pride. The other…truth, kindness. Every day they tear each other apart. But it’s not the better wolf that wins. It’s the one you feed.

I never knew that @PR0DJ was one of the driving forces pushing NG to address the charge bug. Thanks for pointing this out and thanks to @PR0DJ and @jester.
Yes, many thanks to @PR0DJ for finding the issue and bringing it to the attention of the GC.

I feel enormously Blessed to be in the Asylum family of Guilds, #1 We have the kind of people like @PRODJ that have the knowledge and skills to take the time to do the research. #2 We have a passion in this family that strives to keep this game moving forward. #3 To make NML fun again. #4 To Make sure changes are made for the sake of fun and player retention, because when we're having fun, we aren't leaving.

Can confirm, the Guild Council is vital in communicating important issues our way and had a huge hand in the improvements regarding end-game survivors and charged attack crits.
Pretty sure @KaLi is already pleading for more council, don't put that one on me.

Been quiet on here for a while but some things need to be addressed: thanks @PR0DJ for all the information and documentation that hopefully will change a very long existing bug 'soon'. And thanks to all the council members for voicing us player's concerns and trying to make the game more enjoyable and not only profitable.
When were were a level 20 cap, all walkers hp above level 30 was fixed around the low 6.5k hp so it was possible to keep pushing during those times.
However now that walkers have been buffed like my example from the update thread from a lvl 37 walker with 23k hp, then how is it possible to take them down without increasing our survivor levels and equipments ?
Many other games have seen survivors/character levels from even up to 50-100. We are only going to be at 22....
We have moved at a very slow pace last year being stuck at levels 19/20s
New/mid players like to see higher levels faster so it seems like NG is shifting towards the right direction after giving everyone so many events and buffs to level up much faster than it was the 1st year this game was out.
Now that NG solved the high level walkers by buffing them up, It should make it more reasonable to keep raising the council or even multiple council upgrades in the next few updates.
Many would disagree but in the end I'm sure we will see more council upgrades in the future so good luck out there
And in those games with levels 50-100, my guess is that xp is easier to accumulate and that the required xp is not as steep as what it is for NML, both character and gear wise.
I don't mind grinding for the xp, but allow me more than 2-3 months to find that good gear and then earn the xp to level it up.
Low xp rewards, incredibly low gear drop rates, multiple enormous xp sinks and a too soon upgrade schedule have officially sucked the fun out of the game for me.

@Kali it's all a made up situation. Why point to one made up item and say anything must follow from that? Change a digit and there it goes out the window. It's fake physics in a game of 1's and 0's. If a pistol did 15K at level 25 that would solve that equation instantly. We know it won't, but that logic just bothered me for some reason. And that pistol makes about as much sense as that walker.
@KaLi I get blamed for everything else. Some things I cannot absorb.
