Recently I wondered what are the most important skills to become a forum moderator. Maybe you could help me with this poll?!

    Are forum mods not allowed to get into a dialog with ordinary forum user? I'm waiting for more than 7days of a reply by a special Mod?! Maybe I'm just not worth it?
    So maybe another skill of a moderator is to ignore pms here?

    I guess you also need to have a very breast chest where all these badges (see attachment) find place to be honored for the tireless efforts to make this place a healthy and friendly environment.
