Game is not loading

  While the game is loading press 3 fingers on the screen for 10 seconds to access the help menu. Sometimes this will load the game. Click help, FAQ, Contact Us to send a in game support request and explain your issue. If you don't see the help menu it maybe your connection.

  Thank You, my Internet Connection is ok and when pressing the Finger nothing Happens. Any other Ideas??

  After reinstallisation I am back:-)
  Had Panic because of My lvl 63 Account

  @ilias76 good to hear. Did your game get stuck after you updated or all of a sudden? Do you know what happened prior before it got stuck?

  Hi its happened one day After the Update, I think After the Walker pit was updated

  I'm stuck and use iPhone. I've reset my phone. Tried multiple wifi spots. How can I resolve?

  Try to delete the Game and Install it again. If You have saved the Game it should work

  Seems like a pretty extreme work around - hopefully its something that can get fixed. This may account for some sudden disappearances from our guild.
