  Also I know it's not scientific but it seems that I'm getting 21 gear I used to get 22 but that's just what it seems

  I hope I find some lvl21 legendary gear. I have only 2 lvl22's and seem to find mainly lvl22 legendary.

  @llamma , Yes, you missed the walker pit. It costs you 8M, you should not still have 17+M there if you have upgraded it.
