New Winter weapons ?

Has anybody received any of the new Winter weapons promised with the update? Been playing most of the day and all I have got is the same old useless 1 & 2 star weapons in crates.

    I have some virtual trade goods I can trade for some virtual weapons.
    Why cant we win them or earn them?
    I'd spend some real hard earned cash on this game but NG doesnt try hard enough to appease its players.

    I want the Winter Tactical Rifle extremely bad!!!!
    But I can’t purchase anything cuz I - tunes charged me $16 for 24hr gas and now the accounts on a hold or freeze. Can I please purchase this rifle after I get this cleared up? It’s not my fault they overcharged me and the money wasn’t in there.

    I have an account just for this game. I had $300 in there originally. Spent $290, had $10 left, bought 24hr gas, and was charged $16 and some change.
    I really want this. It’s got the perfect traits I want in a rifle. But they won’t let me purchase anything till it’s all worked out.

    It looks like the Winter Weapons can only be bought instead of earned. Which is a bit disappointing.
    Smooth but strong and on the rocks.

    If the bruiser weapon has area stun it may be worth getting, do any of them have different traits ?

    God I want the hockey stick so bad but why do you have to pay! Can’t there atleast be one cool thing that you don’t have to buy NG?
