What scout weapon to upgrade?

I currently can only upgrade level 21 items... which one of these should I invest in?

    I agree, the problem is I cant update it yet since its lvl 22 and it could be awhile before I'm able to...

    Glen knife is pretty nice too but only a level 20. You need one with TR

    The Carol 20 legendary before Gab's 21 legendary, but the EPIC 21 isn't bad either...

    What do you mainly use scouts for?

    Glenn's pumpkin carver has the most ideal traits for all short range scout combat weapons so use it as a gauge when deciding.

    I say Carols but I'm a fan of the extra charge point, and at higher lvl you'll want the constant charge, thou if you can't get the kill in the first place than it worthless lol
