Starting levels for 2.10

If folks will post their starting levels, I'll update this:
- Players with three survivors at Level 2 will start at Difficulty 2
- Players with three survivors at Level 6 will start at Difficulty 5
- Players with three survivors at Level 10 will start at Difficulty 8
- Players with three survivors at Level 13 will start at Difficulty 10
- Players with three survivors at Level 14 will start at Difficulty 10
- Players with three survivors at Level 15 will start at Difficulty 11
- Players with three survivors at Level 17 will start at Difficulty 13
- Players with three survivors at Level 19 will start at Difficulty 14
- Players with three survivors at Level 20 will start at Difficulty 15
- Players with three survivors at Level 21 will start at Difficulty 16
- Players with three survivors at Level 22 will start at Difficulty 17
- Players with three survivors of Level 23 will start at Difficulty 17
- Players with three survivors at Level 24 will start at Difficulty 17
The level at which you start getting two rounds per level is based on the average of your top three survivors, round to the closest whole number and then subtract 2. So 20 + 20 + 21 = 61, average is 20.3 which rounds down to 20, subtract 2 = 18. 20 + 21 + 21 = 62, average is 20.6 which rounds up to 21, subtract 2 = 19.
CAVEAT: Do not assume that having, say, two survivors at 22 and the rest at 21 will not raise you to start at difficulty 17. Similarly don't assume that having one at 24, one at 21, and the rest at 20 can be predicted from the above. There's a formula, and it may not be the same formula as before.

So maybe, if you are collecting data, ask for the top 3 survivors total. Not just the used most often ones.
As well as asking what pink stars the most they have, example...
For me it would be; Those pink stars are not the same 3 survivors as my top 3.
Does that make sense? With a spreadsheet of that from enough people, MathMan could probably figure it all out.

@valereee
Ok, I am an idiot. Please disregard the numbers I gave before. I forgot about my Scout.!!!.
So I went from 20, 20, 19 starting at 14
To 20, 20, 20 starting at 15! My pinks are 2 pink on a scout. 1 pink on a hunter. 1 pink on a shooter
My 20's are scout, assault, assault.
Sorry about being an idiot earlier posts.. I don't use the scout often so forgot until I just went on a star count.

It wasn’t the way before and I guess it is still the same.
Edit: typo
Here’s to add to your spreadsheet: with three lvl 17’s, the starting RSL is 13. Don’t ask me how I know that.
He left the forum some weeks ago.
Teeceezy's Farwell Thread
Regarding the release notes, the starting levels mentioned there are examples to be used as guidelines. But since it seems this is a topic that players are interested overall, I was thinking about pinning this thread in the "Strategy Discussion" category, what do you think?
But I knew the risk I was taking. Documentation has been flawed before.
So far as I can see, from level 19 it goes up one EVERY time until level 22 is reached. At which point there is no increase.
@valereee you may as well add level 19 starts at RSL 14.
It does make me wonder why they gave any examples at all.
Last Stand BE have 4 places available for genuine GW players.
I can be contacted by PM for recruitment questions.
Just got this info from Help Desk:
“Starting difficulty and where you start to get two rounds at a difficulty level are two different things.
I spoke directly to the game designer and this was his reply, "It’s based on the player’s average level among their top three. So, that average number -2 is where they start seeing more than one round per difficulty"
Last week your average was 19.3*, so round down to 19, minus 2, equals difficulty 17 for two rounds.
This week your average is 19.6*, now it rounds up to 20, minus 2, equals difficulty 18 for two rounds.
Hope that clears it up!”
—- My starting difficulty has been the same, Difficulty 14, but after my 4 round passes are applied, I end up at different levels. Last week I started at 17.2 after 4 round passes. This week it went to 18.1. There was no 17.2, meaning it went straight from 17.1 to 18.1.
Mind letting us know what changed in your roster?
You write that they said
Last week your average was 19.3*, so round down to 19, minus 2, equals difficulty 17 for two rounds.
This week your average is 19.6*, now it rounds up to 20, minus 2, equals difficulty 18 for two rounds.
What level peeps did you have last week?
What changed for this week?

Updated to here.
However, she also had zero round passes. I have 20's and start at 14 then ya add the round passes and it's up to 'almost not as much fun'.

For example:
- Players with three survivors at Level 13 will start at Difficulty 10
Do players with 11 and 12 level survivors start at difficulty 8 either?
