No video's in Cinema or for watch f or free 3 after mission crates.

Early this afternoon my cinema stopped working as well as no longer getting watch for 3 free after mission crates. I watched 1 cinema and then nothing and when I played scavenger no option for watch for 3 free after mission crates came up. They were both working earlier today. Anybody else having this problem?

I'm tagging @Kaz and @Shteevie in case they have come across this. Still waiting to hear back from help desk.

    Hi CB

    Had this same issue on my iPad a while back. Go into Settings, then Privacy, then Advertising, finally ReSet Advertising identifier. That did it for me.

    If you don’t have Apple not sure

    I have a Samsung and I've tried to find something like that in my settings before but couldn't find anything...

    Thanks @ShadowaceAz It's fixed now...

    I could never find anything about reset advertising id...I had read somewhere you could reset to restart after mission video's but could never find it on my phone...

    Purge your game cache and reset it again. You have a half unfinished ad in the cache.
    You’re lucky it’s android. iOS requires an uninstall reinstall to purge game cache.

    I been having the same issue for going onto two weeks, reset ad I'd numerous times, reinstalled game, clear cache, submitted ticket, only response I got was we're working on it

    Sorry, this is all I can find if resetting didn't work.


    The only other suggestion would be :
    Exit the game
    close all apps
    Log out of google play
    Restart phone
    Log into google play
    Restart game

    I don't have that @ShadowaceAz. The help desk claims it's because of regional venders and the amount of and frequency of ad's or all them and not NG.

    This along with total reward loss from new challenge format really makes me want to just stop playing.

    @Kaz @Shteevie something really needs to be done!!!!

    We are in touch with our Ad Providers to check what are the options there, but as our support team has told you, this problem is based on your device and location.

    We don't have an estimated time for it to be fixed, but we are on it already. And thank you for your report! (:

    For iOS I had to do it multiple times and reboot phone. One time I even uninstalled game.

    Well, I did everything for resetting ads, rebooting phone etc, nothing seemed to take, than out of nowhere I'm getting Ads. I'll take it

    Ad's work normally sometimes then back to no more ad's @Kaz you need to let those venders know they are going to cost the game a player......

    and a player that general checks in and plays 10-15 or more times a day for a long time now.....

    I know it doesn't really matter but all of the combined reward loss is frustrating as all get out!!!! Why keep playing????

    I opened a ticket. I was getting tower videos, but no crate videos for about 4 hours yesterday.

    It's been on and off since Monday for me...opened a ticket they claim it is regional venders and not them.

    I'm done except playing challenges for my guild family after this weekend....the fun is gone....probably just quit altogether after my guilds intra guild challenge...
