  I think the weekly season missions replaced the chapters completely. I expect more season missions once Season 9 starts, although I would also like more chapters. The fiction story was a fun add. Also I want that mother clucking baby found.

  It would be cool to find a way to cross over the Freemen with the Saviors. Like VanZant (can't remember the name exactly) and his buddies teamed up with Negan at some point. Then the Season Stories might overlap with the story line and then we can get some closure before the baby grows up to be Simon.

  Yes, story mode was when they only had rights for Daryl...
  
  When NGs secured rights for the rest of the story and heroes, that was the end of Freeman.
  
  But I agree, a conclusion to that story would be satisfying and deserved to the player population.

  For the longest time, I wanted the next story mission for the sake of closure. But I think that ship has sailed. In story years, that baby is probably 30 years old now. It would be funny if NG trolled us someday by naming one of the Freemen in Challenges “Angie’s Baby” so we at least know what it grew up to become....before we set it on fire with Incendiary

  They all drank water from what they thought was a natural spring and contracted dysentery. They all died never to be heard from again. As a reward...we’ve found their hideout and will receive full supplies and a slew of weapons from their cache.

  I have not competed all the chapters yet but I’m worried about when I do I could be died of boredom because that’s mainly what I do I compete one then in hard than in nightmare than I move on right now I’m on chapter 12 i think

  When I spoke to NG people at San Diego Comic Con, I explained to them why the story missions were so important, particularly for those of us who were playing before there were heroes. I begged them for even one more mission to finish the storyline. Just one!
  
  I'm guessing it didn't help, but my plea reached the right people...
