Silent strategy

This bundle got me thinking, how viable is this strategy? Anyone ever used Daryl in lead with 3 ranged gold silence, if so, how well does it work? Still only gets to 60% chance so I'm not sure that's worth losing a better trait.

    With Daryl and lucky on your other survivors it will be about 80% chance which is good, it's a possibilty. I haven't tried it since the buff but in past experience when walkers are taking 3-4 hits to drop, especially since none of the weapons have piercing, you would end up with a full spawn counter anyway.

    Perhaps if we had a crossbow which had a passive built in silence, similar to the flaming crossbow, I might consider paying for that!

    When I first started playing this game, I was surprised the crossbow wasn't 100% silent.
