Best Sasha weapon for me

With council upgrade around the corner, I don't want to upgrade more than 1 lvl 24 weapon. Which of these will get me the farthest in challenge and hard distance? I've been farming normal distance and have no experience with hard mode.

My Sasha is 1 pink star if that makes any difference.

    I'd say bottom right corner.
    Almost maximum incendiary chance that goes along with bigger charges chance because of luck.

    That's all round best universal weapon to go with for most situations for me.

    Ah luck affects Sasha leader skill? Good to know.

    I was leaning towards the incendiary weapon but the upper right one seems intriguing as well.
