I know that Eugene's trait prevents from critical hits which actually works. It got buffed not long ago also. Other thing is that you can put silver stun resist armor on him and his trait brings is up to 75% cap. That gets u 2 extra golden slots for things like health, iron skin, hazard, dodge.

Me using him has nothing to do with being a fan of his persona in the show ๐

@bladgier the stun thing I get I guess, makes sense, but the crit thing? The % is so low that 3 out of 4 hits on you are still gonna crit?

Seems kinda meh for devoting what is clearly some of your best badges?

That 25% is as good as dodge on survivor and silver dodge on armour. If you had him in lead with a survivor who already had those traits with lucky to boot it would bump it up to 55-60%.

Something to consider anyway, if I had badges spare

For those interested, I did some calculating on the Profit Eugene shows. I did calculate the profit it would bring to my scout that doesn't need iron skin (on the armor) to get 80% damage reduction.

EDIT --> Just to be sure, I assume 100% critical hit chance at high levels! ---------> This calculation is about the high levels!

Here's the %. Eugene Trait --> 25% Luck Trait --> 20% on survivor and 20% on a golden lucky weapon. (40%) Dodge Trait --> 16% on survivor and 15% on the armor. (31%) Hazard Suit --> 20% body shot chance

Calculating becomes interesting but I'll first show the results.

As one can see, Eugene + hazard suit makes a real nice situation for my scout. Only a 29% chance at a critical hit and 21% chance to dodge.

Replacing golden hazard suit for Ruthless, I still have only 37% chance at critical and 15% chance at dodge. Without Eugene that would be 57% at critical and 0% chance at dodge! If my scout wears a armor with Golden Ruthless, golden dodge and silver stun resistance. And he has a 20% lucky on the weapon. He'll be pretty happy about Eugene as leader.
