Survivors Disappeared after Update

I have just used 15 phones and gained a Epic Hunter. I then have just gone back to find that he's disappeared!! I'm really not happy. This needs to be rectified

    I've checked the Radio Tower he's definitely not there. I've also done the guild thing and that's working. So still no idea why

    Ok then most likely you were caught when things were still not synched, in that case, it's lost forever. In past instances, NG has said that they can't replace your survivor. You may be able to get back your radios but that depends on support.

    That's crap! They should have a way of seeing that this has happened, and replace what is lost

    Another person in my guild has just said its happened to them too. So this definitely must be a glitch. That's 3 of us so far that we know of.
