The Distance, healing Freemen?

This bugs me: In the take out all the raiders missions in the distance, when a Raider is in a struggle with a walker while the last of your guys dies, next time you try the mission, he will be at full health again... Shouldn't he at least be in the red? (If not outright dead)

Am i to believe that as soon as my guys are dead, the raiders and the walkers just shake hands and go their seperate ways? Giving the raiders time to patch themselves up and get ready for my next attempt?

    The real problem is that your characters with revenge will "help" the raiders by shooting zombies when they are attacked, freeing up the raiders to attack you.

    It also makes me mad when zombies walk right by raiders to attack you. Seems like zombies should attack the nearest human regardless of which "side" they are on.
