At Around 7am-9am The Game Was Kicking Me Off

in Game Issues
I was wondering because I got on the game to buy a 40 radio bundle for 7.99 and got the $1 off deal so after I got it it then went back to the loading screen and when it loaded I did not get my bundle and then I got another bundle at 9am and it loaded and gave it to me after it loaded back up and so the bundle is still charged on my card anyway to fix the problem?

    9am - 5pm (or there abouts)

    So they have not replied yet and you said till 5pm and I replied to them at 4:30pm or 9:30 in my time why haven't they not replied? and when they do it would be already 2am in my area and when they end there shift or whatever it would be 10am why do I have to wait that long?

    Eventually, they will get to you @TheKid ....... this is a practice patience opportunity. If you’ve tried all the usual fixes ( there are many threads to research all the answers) and you’re still unable to play you’re gonna have to wait it out.
