some people of our group are having problems whit the update, the do not see the buildings anymore only green gras, what must we do to fix the problem

I'm not sure what could be causing this problem & it surprises me there is more than one player in your guild with the same problem.
Sounds to me like a visual glitch which can happen on rare occasions. I suggest you shut down the game and reload. That should fix it.
If not feel free to comment futher & I'm sure someone will have some better advice.
