After ALL the encouragement in the world, i can never get more than 3 players at a time to join guild wars. Would it be possible to consider lessening the player number requirement? It’s frustrating, as no one in my guild seems interested in playing.

Less number of missions to do
Bit much gas
Less price for gas
Otherwise NG Will gift only the top 15/20 global guild, all others cant compete with them
Our main Problem is that we we can rarely get 7 People to sign up at the same time since we are from all over the world and time zones are indeed a issue.
We managed to get in 3 battles so far with actively 3 or 4 of us being in the war and of course losing since the enemy team always had more.
What I noticed once though was that the enemy Team had only 4 People signed up so I don't know how they could cheat their way around.
I think having a 5 min and 7 max would have worked better for us.
I'm on record in another post that the access to content is a problem. For my folks, that's just a gas and money block: we get to play (and have yet to lose), but we have almost no chance to ever finish.
It's far worse in your space: You don't even get to experience it.
As I posted: choosing to play GW will mean that guilds change, players commit to it by discarding their typical routine, or players pay to do it all.
The reason I posted: Your guild can't use any two of those options without life choice sacrifice: You can't buy a war and you can't build one together without letting the game dictate your wake hours.
Maybe NG should have split the world (two or more 'servers')? That would have cut half your world away... But maybe that's easier than using game-logic judo to make you feel like the costs and losses are all on you?
I think GWs are great fun. But my guild is located in different time zones. We managed to be on for 3 times- good stuff! But everyone was frustrated because we would get stuck waiting for that 7th player to join. If we can’t lower it to 4 people or joining other guilds to play we will give up.
Please make an adjustment so we can play!
Also not happy with the gas prices, need to win it in challenges more.
Please guys and gals guild wars was set up to bring guilds together . A big part of the entire concept gets lost if the starting requirements are reduced two much.
I agree they need to be reduced but let’s ask for a step by step reduction thus maybe reduce it to six to start eight max. If that works, great ( And I think it will) if not go to five to seven beyond that it seems to me a huge part of the guild wars concept is lost
Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all
P.S. Seems to me in the past Santa was racing across the sky in my sleigh , I mean his sleigh during your game what happened to that ?

20 guild members don't divide by 7, so the current team efficiency is two, 10-member teams playing 6 keys x 2 teams: 12 battles by guild.
If, say, 4 is enough... Then five, 4-member teams can play 6 keys x 5 teams: 30 battles by guild.
Sure, with all the limits on success (gas, healing) it might mitigate. But consider guilds that would clear even with 4 members (due to money or power level). That's a real gain of potential earnings that could break the relevance of the leader board (for those who care).
12::30 ratio is SIGNIFICANT.
All that said: the system needs to let folks experience the game mode, as I wrote above.
It's just not as simple as reducing team-size requirement.

My guild ran a few battles with ten players but we weren't able to find & kill all enemies.
I think this would be a goal for many guilds.
Reducing the max (10) would mean this would be virtually impossible.
Up until now TWD No Mans Land has been an individual member game. Now the developers have taken it to a communal game. My guild members have never talked among them self this much. And if you like it the way it was you can continue. For me I've played and enjoyed the game for a long time, but I like it even more now.
we managed to play 7 ☺
