XXL Component Crate or Super Components Crate?

First up, I'm pretty sure that there have been better component crate deals - something like the Super Components Crate at 2500 I think?
However, for this weekend the big choice seems to be whether to go for:
Super Crate - 3500 gold:
1 x Leg Frag, 1 x Leg Component, 55 random (each has a 5% chance being a Leg component - so you'd expect 3 legendary, 15% chance of Blue so around 8 blue)
XXL crate - 2200 gold:
1 x Epic Frag, 4 x Epic comp, 40 random (same chance as above so odds are 2 legendary and 6 blue)
Now, I think much depends on your current stocks of legendary components but certainly in recent times I've found components harder to accumulate than fragments, although that has changed a little with the new Distance structure.
So, given that the random components are roughly fair in terms of value vs. gold, it comes down to this - is 1 x Leg Frag and 1 x Leg Component worth 1300 gold more than 1 x Epic Frag and 4 x Epic Comp (which has 20% chance of creating a gold badge anyway)?
I'd argue it's not, but then again I'm not blessed with survivors all kitted out in the new versions of legendary badges...
