Charged Assaults

@Fluxxx getting a huge number of requests from guild mates to have the class event changed to Charged Assaults rather than 50% Damage. We had 50% damage on this set previously and it was not a big hit. Please reconsider the class bonus.

    50% damage isn't gonna get us far on archives, class bonuses should always be charged and not damage boost imo.

    @Danski_46 I agree mostly, except for Shooters and Scouts. It's fun (and sometimes very helpful) to get 200k+ on one attack :)

    Yes make it pre-charge instead of +50% damage
