Fast Walkers .... I know they can dodge....... But dodging charged attacks... ? that maybe a little too much

My main gripe though, I thought fast walkers would be limited to one per map? This is definitely not the case.

My Governor missed with a charged attack. Was it an assault or bruiser you were using? Those classes don't have critical hits for charged attacks, so it's possible to dodge them. If you missed with another charged class then I will have to agree that will be too much.
These fast walkers seem more like they're designed to annoy you with extra bruises/injuries rather than make it any more difficult

Gold burn burn burn...
NML is a jackpot machine disguised as strategy.
Before, when we had to slowly grind our way up, we gradually got a "feel" for the incrementally increasing difficulty.
Now, we look at that master mission difficulty and were like, "difficulty 35?? Pssshh, that's easy money" and we stroll in like Ash Williams ready to doll out a fistfull of boomstick... with maybe a touch less caution than we once did.
And then we get smacked around a touch more than we once did...?
It's a theory.

One dodge=automatic struggle. No real challenge there, just a flaw

Portaloo map has a limited body pile but what's the need? Plenty of high level walkers about + the tank.

I have level 24 guys and doing rsl 34.2, Still getting there with a bruiser, assault tank and assault. Little different tactic but I see your point.
Garden is just hoping to take the damage.
