My festive shotgun has desappear

in Game Issues
I just get it after 3000 jetons and when I wanted to upgrade it I can 't see it... my game name is Guy38 and I play with the Anonym crew from France. Could you help me?

    Have you checked hunter weapon inventory?

    Is your workshop the correct level? For example, if your hunter is level 20, the weapon unlocks at level 20. If your workshop only allows upgrading level 19 equipment, you will not be able to upgrade it yet.

    It s not a weapon level issue...Maybe a conflict with a full inventory... I am realy sad to don't have it

    Hey, I have a similar problem with missing shotgun after the last update. Can the problem be solved?

    Had a couple guild members with same problem...they put in a ticket and got their rifle back.
