Update not working

The game works but no guild chat or gift. Its like I updated for nothing. p.s I'm using an android device so I'm not complete surprised. lol

    Try updating again ... many people say it is not working the first time.

    I thought it was just me. The update did nothing for me either at first.

    Then I went to the app page to click Update instead of just clicking from app store search screen. There it said "can't update" at the end.

    Then I deleted the app so I can reinstall it. Got to the end of the install and it said "can't install" at the end.

    From December (when we got the update), until now, I am not able to play anymore. There is only a black screen for some seconds and everything disappears. A lot of days waiting for new updates, but the same black screen... Years playing the game, money...
